如何应用NMT开展新冠疫苗开发及免疫研究?

 

在当今的疫苗研发过程中,很多疫苗在细胞水平展现了积极的效果,但到了组织和器官水平,失败的就非常多。很重要的一个原因,就是缺少组织和器官水平的筛选模型,而非损伤微测技术恰恰弥补了这方面的不足。利用非损伤微测技术,完全可以对活体组织进行在体检测,开展免疫机理、免疫疗效的在体研究。
